The Master in Educational Leadership, Management and Emerging Technologies responds to the important process of innovation in teaching/learning theory and practice and provides comprehensive training for educators and administrators who influence and manage organizational change at various levels in today's educational system. The Master's program is designed for individuals who aspire to leadership roles in education and provides them with innovative research and practice in the areas of leadership, management and administration of educational institutions. Taught by experienced practitioners and active researchers in the field, the Master's program integrates theory and practice and enables graduates to acquire academic and practical skills in oral communication, problem solving, critical thinking and team building.
