Short description:

The Master in Human Resource Management provides the necessary skills for effective human resource management in different business contexts, since the success of every modern organization depends on the quality of human capital management. This course offers the opportunity to acquire comprehensive knowledge of the elements that influence the behavior of people in organizations, as well as the appropriate tools for understanding strategies to support organizational development. Specific topics include the main internal and external management models, the objectives and communication processes that determine the complex system of internal relationships, the organizational environment and the possibilities of training as a strategic element of the organization.
